Gathering Psi
To gather psi you need to have a clear focus on what you wanna gather from such as the earth sun moon starts etc than suck all that energy into your third eye chakra thats where all psi energy is stored
Psi Ball
A lot of people ask me whats the difference between a psi ball and a ki ball well like I said earlier it is based on intent if your intent is to make a psi ball than it will be a psi ball.
**Programming**
This is one of the coolest things about psi but it does take a lot of practice first you will wanna make a good solid psi ball than tell it with your mind what you want it to do like fly around make your intent clear than let it go this takes a lot of practice it took me a good month to program my psi ball to land on my shoulder.
Constructs:
Another great thing about psi is constructing the easiest way to do this is make a psi ball than mold it with your mind and tell it to change to whatever like a little disk this also takes practice
